Tom Loozen has more than 20 years of experience in the Communications industry, having managed large programs around operations management, including business process outsourcing, and IT, encompassing IT strategy, application development and maintenance for online, and CRM and billing. He has spearheaded several innovation and digital transformation initiatives, including “TV as a service,” and VoIP and fiber optic deployments. Tom has also overseen the development of Accenture’s strategies and capabilities for serving the wireline, wireless and cable segments, including most of the world’s largest service providers. He is a regular commentator and speaker at industry forums.
Tom has a Master’s degree in applied physics from Delft University of Technology, and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. He is married, with three daughters, and is a passionate musician.
