Souhail Haddaji has more than 15 years of international experience in senior roles within telecommunications industry (du in Dubai, Gartner in London, Capgemini Consulting in Paris and Nokia in Finland).
Currently, he is VP Transversal Programs Execution at du’s CEO office. Through his various senior roles in Marketing, Product Development and Programs execution, he actively contributed to du’s success story of 47% market share, $ 3.4 Billion yearly revenues and 44% EBITDA (2015 results).
He combines his solid management expertise in disciplined execution to get things done, his people skills and broad industry experience with a deep understanding of business transformation, digital enablement, product development, and customer experience/operations excellence, to lead formulation and execution of long-term value creating strategies, in close collaboration with C-suite.
Souhail holds a BS in Telecommunications and Computer engineering, an MBA (USAID Scholar), an MSc in International Business (Chevenning scholar) and completed a two years leadership and general management program at INSEAD. MIT/Sloan also published his original paper about “Customer Experience New Normal for Digital Telcos”.
Souhail is a competitive golfer who won few local competitions in Dubai and is targeting a single digit H/cap in 2017.
