Nick is a managing director in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Group in the Investment Banking Division (IBD). He is responsible for advising a broad range of technology and information technology services companies on various transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-ons, high yield and investment grade financings, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, raid defense, recapitalizations, spin-offs, divestitures and corporate restructurings. He also served as business unit manager of the TMT Group from 2009 to 2010. Nick joined Goldman Sachs in 2007 as an associate and was named managing director in 2013.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked at Ernst & Young in the technology consulting division and later spent four years at an early-stage communications and collaboration software company. He also spent two years as an associate at J.P. Morgan in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications group. Nick earned a BA in Economics from Villanova University in 1998 and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business in 2005.
