Michele McConomy is Senior Vice President of Customers at RocketSpace – a global ecosystem of people and ideas that provides the necessary velocity — both speed and direction — to help the world’s top innovators bring the future to market. Founded in San Francisco in 2011, its global network of technology campuses and services are designed to help tech startups scale. Our Corporate Innovation Services team helps fuel global brands’ innovation programs by tapping into its ecosystem of startups from around the world. RocketSpace has fuelled the success of more than 1,000 startups on its San Francisco, including Uber, Spotify, Practice Fusion, and Leap Motion, and under Michele’s leadership, more than 150 corporate clients, including Lufthansa, Schneider Electric, Royal Bank of Scotland, Pfizer, Rabobank, BP, and ABinBev. Michele is a recognized leader in open innovation, corporate strategy, and entrepreneurship. She has more than 16 years of experience in innovation management, external innovation, and strategic consulting, previously leading a multi-million dollar portfolio of corporate innovation services as Vice President of Services at Mindjet.  She was one of the early hires at Spigit back in 2011, which was acquired by Mindjet in 2014.  Earlier in her career, Michele was a founding member of the corporate innovation program at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has years of strategy and operations experience from companies like PwC, KPMG Consulting, and Unisys Corporation.
