Head of Digital Customer Relationship Solutions and Customer Knowledge

With over 15 years of experience in Telecoms and IT, Maud started as an IT functional architect in Orange France, and continued in technical field to lead and coordinate complex and strategic programs for Orange Group.

She has been in charge of IT Anticipation roadmap at Global Information System and Technology, combining management and IT strategy, and contributing to create strategic cooperations between Business and IT.

She is now head of Digital Customer Relationship Solutions and Customer Knowledge, focusing on how to transform customer relationship, by defining technical strategy and delivering solutions to accelerate digitalization and personalization of customer experience and support ominichannel customer journey.
