Jakub Redžić is responsible for the outsourced activities of the customer services department of Vodafone Netherlands, including the quality, performance and the improvement of customer experience of the activities performed by the suppliers. Prior to joining Vodafone, Jakub led a large transformation of Dutch Railways, including customer behavior and safety research, development and deployment of safety equipment, and the adaptation of routing, signing and branding of the stations. As a management consultant with Sogeti/Capgemini, he was responsible for advising top-500 Dutch companies regarding customer experience and (IT) transformations.
