Inge Brandt is Customer Experience Designer at KPN in the Netherlands. She responsible for improvement of customer satisfaction with the design of Customer Journeys. She focusses on the introduction of new IT and services and other improvements for the customer that affect IT, like VoLTE, SDN, OSS improvements. It is her purpose to make life easier with the use of well-designed technology. With a background in Industrial Design and Market Research, she is always looking for new methods to get the customer in the center of development to create realistic and customer focused improvement plans.
