Robin Goad is the Head of Analytics at the Financial Times, where he is responsible for a global analyst team covering data science, digital analytics and reporting. The team plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the FT, helping shape its strategy and informing decision making in both the commercial and editorial parts of the organisation.

Prior to joining the FT, Robin led a team of analysts at John Lewis responsible for providing insight that drove the growth of one of Britain’s most respected omni-channel retailers. He’s also worked at Experian, where he launched an analytics consultancy team supporting a wide range of clients.
