Joris has accumulated 16 years’ experience, predominantly within Business and Operational Management, driving transformational change programs and maximizing value in complex international organizations. Before joining Liberty Global, the world’s largest international TV and broadband company in 2011, Joris delivered customer experience programs at the communications service providers BT and Linx Telecommunications B.V.

As the Business Services Director CRM at Liberty Global, Joris is responsible for managing and delivering continuous initiatives to improve customer experience and maximize value for the business. This includes owning the Pan-European Business Service Customer Relationship Management strategy that supports the brand, the vision and drives differentiation, while aligning product, sales and customer experience and supporting omnichannel customer journeys.
