Since joining Netcracker in 1998, Andrew has guided the company through a dramatic evolutionary history marked by continued market share gains and double-digit growth, leading to the successful acquisition of the company by NEC in 2008.
In his role as President and CEO, Andrew is responsible for the overall management of the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for interacting with customers, employees and stakeholders. Andrew is Netcracker’s primary decision- and policy-maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture. In addition, Andrew has assumed a broader global leadership role for NEC, including the responsibility of a multi-billion dollar services and software expansion. He serves on Netcracker’s Executive Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors.
Andrew holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from Bentley College.
