Cancellation Policy

Advance registration can be cancelled and a refund of 50% of fees paid only if notice of the cancellation is received by midnight (EST), Friday, April 9, 2016. You may cancel your registration before this date as follows:

  • Cancel online here prior to midnight (EST) on Friday, April 9, 2016.
  • Send us written notice of your cancellation via email to be received no later than midnight (EST) Friday, April 9, 2016.

Alternatively you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Please contact us to transfer your registration. Transfers requested more than 30 days before start of the event will be charged an administrative fee of $50. Transfers requested less than 30 days before the start of the event or on-site will be charged an administrative fee of $75. Fees do not apply to Catalyst and Exhibitor passes.
