The Press Center is located on Level 1 of the Acropolis. Hours during the event will be:

Exhibitors can leave their press kits in the Press Center beginning on Monday, May 15. There will be a table for press kits or any other special items you’d like to make available to attending media.

Meeting space for media briefings

Beginning March 6, private briefing rooms can be reserved in 30 minute or 60 minute increments, on the hour or half-hour, by registered attendees who have secured meetings with registered press/analysts during the event. Briefing rooms can only be reserved for meetings between registered press/analysts and attendees. They are not intended for business development meetings. Due to limited availability of meeting space, event sponsors and exhibitors receive scheduling priority. Briefing rooms are available during press room hours only.

To reserve a meeting room with a press member or analyst at the event, please send the following information to Jessica Nagotko:

  • Registered company
  • Registered company leading representative name and contact number during event
  • Press/analyst name, and publication or firm name
  • Date and time requested


Access to the media list

The TM Forum Live! media list will be available to exhibitors and sponsors beginning Monday, March 6. Please submit a request to Steve Bonadio to gain access to the list. Note that the media list is only available to event sponsors and exhibitors.


Requesting a quote for press releases

TM Forum owns its brands and content and must approve any third party use of its brands and content. If you plan to write a press release about your exhibitor announcement, sponsorship, or other activities around the event, please follow these guidelines:

  • TM Forum boilerplate should be included in the press release (see boilerplate below).
  • The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: TM Forum Live! is taking place May 15-18, 2017, at the Acropolis in Nice, France.
  • If you would like to include a quote from TM Forum, please send your release and suggested quote for review and approval to March Communications. Please allow at least 72 hours for turnaround.
