Workshop takes place on Thursday May 18

TM Forum and ZTEsoft will be hosting an exclusive workshop on The Digital Transformation Journey CSPs are currently embarking on or already navigating. This invitation-only event will provide a unique opportunity for valuable discussion and synergy on what it means to become a digital service provider, how to cater to the evolving needs and desires of the customer and how to develop and monetize new products/services.

Industry thought-leaders will give introductory presentations falling under three chapters:

  1. Together we plan & design
  2. Together we think & talk
  3. Together we expect & act

Following these, the focus will pass over to the delegates themselves who will partake in roundtable discussion to share insight and experience, express issues and potential solutions, with conclusions being presented in a collaborative spirit. A final set of outcomes will then be drawn ahead of further networking and discussion during an evening of elegant entertainment on the French Riviera.

This afternoon workshop will offer a unique and valuable opportunity to actively participate in an intimate group and truly contribute to driving the future success of the industry as a whole.

Joost Fonteyn, Head of Enterprise Business Systems at Proximus, will walk us through defining a vision towards digital transformation within the company, putting an emphasis on customer experience and agility through personalized self-servicing capabilities in the BSS as well as in the OSS domain.
